How long does it take to get glasses made?

EyeQ is committed to getting your glasses as quickly as possible.  To obtain the best quality of vision this may take couple of weeks.

Does EyeQ accept insurer vision benefit coverage?

Yes. All the Bermudian insurer vision benefits are acceptable.

What is the warranty on glasses?

We offer 30 day-satisfaction guarantee. We’ll repair or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days at no charge to you. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or breakage. Unlimited free cleanings & Adjustments. We are here to help you.

How much do glasses cost?

Eyeglass frames can vary in cost based on materials and specific features that you choose.

Does EyeQ offer a payment plan or layaway on glasses?

Yes.  We will gladly hold up frames up to 2 weeks any item for 14 days with 50% down.  If you change your mind about your frames then the deposit will be returned.  items not purchased by the end of business on the 14th day will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Do you offer contact lenses?

Yes.

Do you offer transitional lenses?

Yes.

Do you offer progressive lenses?

Yes.

Do you offer digital lenses?

Yes.

Do you have nose pads?

Yes.

Can I reuse my existing frames?

Possibly. Bring your existing frame or glasses to be assessed by the EyeQ Optical staff.

Can I reuse my lenses in new frames?

Usually not.  The lenses are cut to fit your specific frame and usually cannot fit another frame.

I want to use a specific frame how do I know if you have it?

Visit our Washington Mall location. If we do not have it we will attempt to locate the frame for you to purchase.

What are the hours of the EyeQ location?

9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Saturday.
